Terms

The public site describes productized packages. A signed proposal and statement of work control the actual engagement. If they conflict, the signed documents win.

Quotes on this site are starting prices for the published scope. Extra pages, photography, and features are change orders. Work starts after the first 50% payment, by invoice or card. The remaining 50% is due at launch.

After the final payment you own the delivered code for that project. We keep unused concepts and internal tools. Sample builds on /work are studio property, not client case studies. Hosting on Keep or Grow is a service. The self-host files are the same code without that service.

The site is provided as-is. We are not your lawyer, accountant, or registered agent. Engagements are with GoodmanStudios LLC.
